This is a group of ultrasounds that basically refer to most organs and glands in the neck region. These include:

Thyroid ultrasounds, looking for things such a goitre, nodules, growths and cysts

Lymphnodes of the neck

Salivary glands

Neck muscle abnormalities
PREPARATION FOR A NECK ULTRASOUND:
No particular preparation is required for this investigation.
Antenatal Monitoring
From confirmation and dating of pregnancy to monitoring development and health of the foetus.
